Env Migrator: Import tab
After having exported QMC artifacts to the Git repository Environment Migration allows you to import backed up objects back into the Qlik server.
Use Case:
Suppose you have created a repository for a "Test" tag and after the tag has been changed in QMC (for the sake of simplicity the name has been changed to "ChangedTag"). The repository hasn't captured the latest changes and contains the original version of the tag. Now you want to revert the previous version of the tag and import it back.
The current version of the tag in QMC is:
When you proceed to the Import tab in Environment Migration, select the repository to import the QMC object from and click on Import:
By checking the QMC you can now see that the "Test" tag has been successfully imported back into the QMC server:
